About us
Our company has been operating on the Slovak market for more than ten years, focusing on research, development, manufacturing and sales of fitness equipment.
What personal data we process
Your personal data is obtained primarily directly from you within the framework of contractual relationships with our company. Personal data is processed and stored to the following extent: first and last name, permanent / temporary residence address, bank account number, telephone number, email address, and log records from our automated information system, which you use as our customer. If you are a self-employed natural person or act on behalf of a legal entity, we also process and store the business name or company name, registered office or place of business, ID No., Tax ID if assigned, and email address. We also process and store this personal data in the case of persons interested in the products and services of our company.
If you use our company’s services for the purpose of monitoring your property, we want to assure you that data about your property is in anonymized form so that the type/kind and owner of the property cannot be determined, and only you and persons designated by you have access to this information.
Personal data we obtain other than directly from you
Our company does not obtain personal data of data subjects from third parties; however, in some cases it may happen that we obtain your contact details from a third party (for example, from an equipment seller) and subsequently contact you. In such a case, we assume that your consent to provide your personal data to our company was given to the third party. The above assumption applies until proven otherwise (e.g., by your express declaration that you did not grant consent and do not agree for our company to continue processing your personal data). If anyone shares and/or provides us with your personal data, they must inform you about it in advance.
Further processing of personal data and their transfer to third countries
Our company does not further process your personal data and does not provide it to third parties, with the exception of public authorities for the purposes of inspection, and likewise does not transfer your personal data to third countries.
Personal data of third parties that you provide to us
If you provide us with personal data of third parties, it is your responsibility to inform the person concerned and to obtain their consent to these terms of personal data protection. For example, if you authorize a person to act on behalf of you or your company and deliver such authorization to our company.
Personal data we process automatically
When you visit our website, we may collect certain information about you, such as IP address, date and time of access to our website, information about your web browser, operating system, or your language settings. We may also process information about your behavior on our websites, i.e., for example, which links on our websites you visit and which product is displayed to you. However, for the purpose of your maximum privacy, information about your behavior on the web is anonymized, and therefore we cannot ourselves assign it to a specific user, i.e., a specific person.
If you access our websites from a mobile phone or similar device, we may also process information about your mobile device (e.g., mobile phone operating system, IP address, date and time of access to our website, and similar).
Cookies
We also automatically process cookies.
What is a cookie file?
It is actually a small text file that is created when you visit any website. It is used as a standard tool for storing information about how our pages are used.
This way we can distinguish (but not identify) individual users from each other and adapt content to specific preferences. Cookie files are important. Without them, browsing the web would be much more complicated.
What are cookies used for?
Cookies serve several purposes. On the pages of our online shop and in our mobile applications we use the following cookies:
Technical cookies: in order for our online shop to function properly (e.g., so that you can create a user profile, log in to it, and so that you can purchase goods and services), we use technical cookies. Without them, our online shop could not function at all.
Functional cookies: so that you do not have to constantly log in and so that you do not have to repeatedly set your preferences (e.g., setting the language in which our online shop is displayed), functional cookies help you. In this case, your password is always encrypted. The use of these cookies is not necessary, but it will significantly enhance and facilitate your visit to our online shop.
Analytical cookies: analytical cookies help us improve our online shop, from which you, in the end, benefit again. Analytical cookies on our website are collected by a script of Google Inc., which then anonymizes this data. After anonymization, it is no longer personal data, because anonymized cookies cannot be assigned to a specific user or specific person. We only work with cookies in anonymized form. Therefore, we cannot tell from cookies how a specific user behaved on our website (which pages they visited, which products they viewed, etc.).
We may also use the knowledge gained from these cookies for advertising purposes, when, based on this data, we may display advertising to you on third-party websites that we consider relevant to you. If you want to have control over which of your analytical cookies we process, you can use this Google add-on.
How you can influence which of your cookies we will process
Just use one of the common internet browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome) with the anonymous browsing function enabled, which will prevent the storage of data about visited websites, or you can completely disable the storage of cookies in your browser. However, if you also disable the processing of technical and functional cookies, you will prevent the functioning of some features that help you.
You can easily keep the processing of analytical cookies from our side under control by using this Google add-on. Unfortunately, by turning off analytical cookies, you will significantly make it more difficult for us to improve our online shop.
Versions for mobile phones and mobile applications
If you access our website from a phone, tablet, or similar device, we optimize them for these devices. We process your personal data in this case in a similar way as in the case of access from a computer.
Why we collect and process your personal data
We process your personal data for the following reasons:
Purchase of products and services: first and foremost, we process your personal data in order to properly handle your order. If any problems arise, thanks to your personal data we know who to contact.
Customer care: if you contact us with any query/problem, we must process your data to answer/solve it.
User account: thanks to the personal data you provide in your user profile, a number of useful features will be made available to you (e.g., if you provide your phone number, we can easily inform you about essential matters). You can change the data you have entered at any time by submitting a request to change them to our company (contacts are provided at the end of these policies).
Exercise of rights and legal claims and inspections by public authorities: We may also process your personal data because we need them to exercise our rights and legal claims (e.g., in the case that you have an unpaid debt to us). Furthermore, we may process your personal data because we need them for the purposes of inspections carried out by public authorities and for other similarly serious reasons.
We process personal data on the following legal grounds
Performance and conclusion of a contract
We need your personal data so that we can conclude a purchase or other contract with you regarding the products and services you want to purchase from us. Once the contract is concluded, we process your personal data in order to properly deliver the purchased products or to properly provide the purchased services. On the basis of this legal reason, we therefore process mainly invoicing and delivery data. The legal basis is Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code, Act No. 595/2003 Coll. on Income Tax as amended, and other generally binding legal regulations.
Legitimate interests
We also use your personal data to provide you with relevant content, i.e., content that is interesting to you. On the basis of legitimate interest, we thus process mainly personal data that we process automatically in our information systems and cookies.
Disclosure of personal data to third parties
In connection with ensuring some of our contractual or legal obligations, other persons help us, who are in the position of processors (e.g., a company providing accounting services, providers of data storage and software applications, and the like). We conclude written contracts with these entities, in which their obligation to protect your personal data is enshrined. We protect your personal data to the maximum possible extent using the most modern technologies and we have also adopted and maintain various technical and organizational measures that prevent their misuse, damage, or destruction.
How long do we process your personal data?
We store and protect your personal data for the period set by applicable legal regulations, or if it concerns personal data processed on the basis of your consent, for the period for which you have granted us your consent. Retention periods vary depending on the specific purpose for which we process personal data. The established retention period for the relevant purpose respects the principle of minimization of personal data retention, which ensures that we process personal data only during the necessary period of the duration of the purpose of processing personal data. We process personal data for the purpose of identifying customers in connection with the provision of products and services for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a period of 10 years from its termination. The above period also follows from other legal regulations on the basis of which we process your data, for example according to tax regulations under which the retention period is at least 10 years. If we process your personal data on the basis of consent for the purposes of marketing activities in the provision of products and services of members
We process your personal data for the entire period during which you will be a customer of our company and for 5 years from the termination of all contractual relationships between you and our company. If you do not enter into any contractual relationship with our company, we will process your personal data for a period of 12 months from the date of granting your express consent.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that personal data which is necessary for the proper provision of services or for the fulfilment of all our obligations, whether these obligations arise from a contract between us or from generally binding legal regulations, must be processed regardless of the consent you have granted, for the period set by the relevant legal regulations as stated above.
Securing personal data
We protect your personal data so as to prevent unauthorized access and misuse; for this purpose we have introduced appropriate technical and organizational measures.
We regularly check their security and continuously improve their protection. All communication between your device and our web servers is encrypted. Login credentials are hashed and all your data is stored only on servers in secure data centers with limited, controlled, and audited access.
We try to use security measures that, with regard to the current state of technology, provide sufficient security. The security measures adopted are then regularly checked and updated.

You have the right to request restriction of processing of your data
If you believe that there is no reason for our company to continue processing your personal data, you have the right to request the blocking of your data. You have the right to refuse fully automated processing of your data
You have the right to refuse a decision that has been taken under the following conditions: that the decision is based solely on automated decision-making, which may include profiling — i.e., it is not a human decision; and at the same time the decision has legal effects on you; and at the same time these legal effects concern you or significantly affect you.
Our company does not perform automated decision-making and profiling.
You have the right to delete your personal data
If you believe that our company no longer needs to process your personal data, you have the right for us to delete the data about you. However, the deletion will not affect data on documents that we must keep by law (e.g., invoices or credit notes). If we need your personal data for the determination, exercise, or defense of our legal claims, your request may be rejected (e.g., when we record an outstanding debt in connection with you).
With the exception of the cases listed, you have the right to deletion in the following cases:
- Personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was processed
- You have withdrawn your consent on the basis of which the data was processed and there is no other legal reason for its processing
- You have objected to the processing of personal data and you believe that, when assessing the objection, it will become apparent that in a specific situation your interest prevails over our interest in processing this personal data
- Personal data is processed unlawfully
- The obligation of deletion is established by a special legal regulation
- It concerns personal data of persons under 16 years of age
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data
We may process some of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest. If specific reasons exist on your side, you can object to the processing of this personal data of yours.
